Rangers hold on and win it! Credit to Whatman, recovered from a soft one early to make some massive stops there at the end including a huge penalty save. 86′ GOALLLLLLL!!!! NICK LANAU-ATKINSON! A free kick from the right wing, a solid 35-40 yards out, he bends it to the far post and it bounces in off the post. Perfection! And quite possibly the match winner!

84′ OFFSIDE! Naden had run onto a through ball, placed a perfect shot in off the post only to turn and see the flag raised.

82′ Shot off! Fulton finds a pocked off space outside the box but he tugs his shot wide.

22′ GOAL! 1-0 Rangers! A superb long range cross into the middle of the box from Pat LA is met by the head of Darrant who loops a header that chips Randall and crosses the line. Initially seemed like Darrant hadn’t met the header well but, the keeper has been caught out.

5′ Shot off! Jones has a shy from 30 yards out but smashes his effort well over the bar.

2′ Shot off! Naden so close to opening the scoring, he jinked around Burk and into  the box but pulled his shot across the face of goal.

1′ Kick off, and we are now underway.

It’s 2:03 and the Challenge League game has just ended so anticipating a delayed kick off.

Welcome to the Dune-geon for the final game of round 10 between Clarence and Northern Rangers. These two sides last met back in the opening round when we had the rarity of a 0-0 draw, which was just the fourth such instance in the league’s history. It was an entertaining affair despite the lack of goal scoring, with both sides missing chances to win, but taking enough positives out of the match to indicate they could both enjoy improved league campaigns in 2017. Both sides have had mixed bags of fortune since then and have been very up and down in how they have performed, you never know which version of these two sides will show up, which makes them hard to forecast.
